Our Process

Our rubber surfacing is mixed on-site, poured, and hand-troweled in place. The installation process is minimally invasive, clean, and typically completed within a single day.
As a troweled-in-place product, our rubber surfacing seamlessly blends with existing surfaces, filling in any voids or imperfections during installation. If your surface requires extensive repairs or leveling, our team is equipped to handle any necessary fixes before applying the rubber surface.
Unlike traditional materials, our rubber surfacing doesn’t require expansion joints or saw cuts. It remains flexible, allowing it to expand and contract with temperature changes, making it ideal for pool decks. All existing expansion joints and saw cuts are filled to create a smooth, continuous finish.
After installation, we recommend keeping the surface free from foot traffic for 24-48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Patio furniture and heavy use can resume after 7 days, and your newly resurfaced, non-slip pool deck will be ready for enjoyment.
